I am looking to build something similiar for my porch.  Would you happen to have design plans for this project?

Steve this is definately what a glider should look like.  Nice and big enough to really streach out the legs and enjoy a nice beverage and eat a snack in comfort. I like the big center rest. Something like this would cause a person to forget the troubles of the day and look forward to a relaxing evening under the stars.  I might just build myself one similiar to yours to replace the small one I have on the back deck.

Where'd you get the glider hardware for this piece Steve?  Did you buy it online?
