I have a K4 Kreg Jig Master System. With the Dust Collection Attachment in place I find it almost impossible to loosen/tighten the brass (?) knurled screw (Drill Guide Pin) that holds the Drill Guide in place at the correct height setting, and I find removing the Dust Collection Attachment for each adjustment to kind of a pain.

If Kreg was to sell a replacement Drill Guide Pin with a square drive inset added - which would allow me to use the screw drive bit to loosen/tighten the Pin - I would buy it in a heartbeat!!!

Ken,

Thank you for the suggestion.  Unfortunately we do not offer a pin like you are referring to at this time.  If you are having issues with removing the pin, you can try slightly lifting up on the drill guide block as you rotate the pin relieving the weight against it.  This should make it much easier to turn allowing you to loosen it easier.
