<p>The dusty deputy was my choice works well but cheaply made should buy the heavy duty. It falls a part apart held together like tupper ware after awhile the joints fail. I will look today at upgrade thanks to your post, Dusty deputy probably works better .</p>

<p>Thanks Trace. Great minds think alike. I did in fact build a plywood base that stands off from the leveling corners. I drill ed a couple of holes through the center braces to hang it from. It is a great set up because suction comes from behind and also below the bit, especially helpful when routing a large dado. Anything that doesn't get sucked out the hose falls into the box and the door makes it easy to reach in. It's really a great system. Rob</p>

I haven't had this specific problem but it sounds like you need to make a flange/spacer between the bucket and the table. Maybe made from two or three layers of plywood. This wouldn't be the first time for such a modification.
