Hi all,
I'm planning my first project, the potting bench and my wife is short.
I want to make it a couple inches shorter and figure taking it off the top of the Front legs(A) and the top of the back legs(B) should do it.
Am I missing anything???

Thomas,
Without knowing what set of plans you're using let me offer the following: If the back legs extend upward past the work surface height , supporting shelves, taking inches off the top of each will not work, unless you adjust the height the rear of the work surface mounts to. If all four legs only support the work surface portion of the bench then taking an equal amount from each would work. Another option is to take inches off the bottom of the legs and adjust the height of the bottom shelf upward by a similar amount.
Hope this makes sense, Don
Thanks Don,
I am using the Kreg plans for my bench if that helps anyone with my question.
