First off, let me start by saying that this may not be the appropriate place to post this. Moderators, feel free to move this to the appropriate discussion area.

Anyhow, I have to build 30+ storm wooden storm windows for my house as the aluminum ones that were/are there are not in the best of shape. I was going to use a router bit set made for creating windows, glue, and loose tenons. I thought to ask if anyone has ever built wooden storms using pocket screws then filling the holes with plugs.

Interested in your opinions and/or experiences.

Thanks,
Chuck

I've not built storm windows but if you use exterior screws and the plugs, I don't know why it wouldn't work.
