<p>The plug cutter is designed to be used as an accessory for the K3, K4 and K5 models. With this being said, the maximum thickness you can use with these jigs would be 1 1/2" material as thicker material will not fit in the jig. You might check the actual thickness of these boards as Home Depot usually refers to the nominal thickness and not the actual thickness. </p>
