Hi everyone a novice to the kreg jig I'm after some advice I'm trying to join 15 mill melamine but struggling as to what setting to use on my drill depth and jig any one come across this I'm also using 1" screws

Since 15mm is only slightly thicker than 1/2", I would use the Kreg recommended settings for 1/2" stock. You already have the correct screw length at 1".

Hi Paul,
Perhaps consider using a coarse screw as well. Coarse screws are better for softer woods. If it is a right angle joint I have found the Kreg right angle clamp while fastening is invaluable.
