I, too, am looking for plans for a fort and swing set.  Anyone have some?  I've seen lots in the store that I'm sure I can modify, but I don't have the actual plans to know cut lists, etc.  So far searches on this site (Kreg Jig Owner's Community) have proved futile.  And help would be great!

Thanks, Ruth

The second link also has plans for metal.

I don't think pocket screws are used very extensively in that kind of project which is probably why there aren't many plans on this site for them.

I'm hoping that will all change with the Kreg Jig HD!  I think pocket screws would be so much easier (and more fun) to use building a play structure than bolts!  Thanks for the link!

Hi Ruth, I would refer you to Jay Boutwells response in the Bunk Bed thread. Play structures are subject to the same stresses bunk beds are except more probably an order of magnitude greater.
