Kreg Owners' Community

Greetings!
Recently I bought Kreg Jig K3 and would like to ask a question.
I think that it has a defective drill block guide.

I contacted the dealer asking for replacement unit,
but the dealer said, that they are all the same.

Is it norm or not?

Thanks,

Igor.

Let's see what happens.

Hi Igor-

I would recommend getting in touch via email: technicalsupport@kregtool.com

Thanks,

I checked mine after seeing the video and mine is rock solid. That said, I have a K4 that had a similar problem where the molded plastic bulged enough that it was very difficult to slide the guide block up and down in the base. I sanded it a lot to get it to move, and then I notified tech support and was totally amazed at the level of help I received, and the genuine caring of the tech. Best customer service I’ve ever recieved. Well worth emailing them! Their support was amazing!
