I broke the round clamp plate on my Kreg Jig. Does anyone know if you can get that part without buying a new jig?

Thanks,
Les

Thank you. I called them and they are going to send the replacement plate.

The customer service and product support are definitely excellent. I feel comfortable buying more Kreg products, knowing that you stand behind them.

You know what, Kregs customer service puts nearly all UK companies to shame, I had a broken plate same as yours and two cracked side sliders as well, contacted Kreg and 10 days later they were at my front door all the way in rural Leicestershire,England. Well done Kreg, it makes you much more reassured to know a firm will stand full square behind their products
