Auto-Adjust Clamping Technology Meets Bar-Clamp Versatility

When you want the durability and adjustability of Automaxx™ Clamping, but you need more clamping capacity, turn to Automaxx™ Bar Clamps. They are available in two versions:

  • 2-1/4" reach, up to 550 pounds of clamping pressure, in 3 bar lengths (8", 16", and 24")
  • Heavy-Duty: 2-7/8" reach, up to 700 pounds of clamping pressure, in 3 bar lengths (12", 24", and 40")

All-new Automaxx™ Bar Clamps make it easier than ever to clamp hard-to-handle assembles. That’s because they combine our proven auto-adjust technology with the capacity of a long bar—all in a rugged, solid-metal clamp design.

Thanks to Automaxx™ technology and rugged solid-metal construction, Automaxx™ Bar Clamps are the clamps you’ll turn to for a wide variety of clamping tasks around your shop and home. They provide the clamping capacity and pressure you need, plus offer the durability and strength you demand.

Auto-Adjust Technology
Automaxx™ Bar Clamps automatically adjust to match the size of your material thickness, whether it’s large, small, or in between. Clamp quickly and easily by simply sliding the clamp heads against your workpiece, and then squeezing the handle to close the clamp with consistent pressure every time.

Easy-to-Regulate Clamping Pressure
Setting the clamping pressure is simple, too. Just set the desired pressure using an easy-to-regulate thumbscrew, and Automaxx™ Bar Clamps do the rest—locking closed easily and consistently every time.

Highly Durable & Versatile
Automaxx™ Bar Clamps feature a highly durable, all-metal construction to withstand years of rugged use. Their ergonomic padded grips provide comfort and ease-of-use, while extra-large clamp faces spread clamping pressure evenly.

So glad these are being introduced at the same time that I am building my clamp collection.  I will be looking for them in October!

They look very useful and good compliment to the selection of Kreg's Klamping tools.

FYI: The availability date is actually November 1st. Sorry for the miscommunication!

First of all they send out the wrong  date for availability , why  do they make the members wait for two months before the can buy them , may be they are being shown at the show going on  down south right now ??  Why not bring them out a month before  and not make the members wait so long ??   They do look like  a nice clamp , but I would have to go to a store and try one out before I bought one , and the price dose seem a little high !!  I do own a lot of Kreg tools and they have all been a great addition to my shop !!  Ok Kreg let,s try some thing new, lets have a contest , have the members  ( new or old )post a pic. of a project  and label it contest pic. then one week before the new clamps go on the market ,  take all the names of the posts  for the contest , throw them in a hat  ( old fashion way  )  and award  one member a new clamp!!!  Think this should be done a few times a year , even if it is just a hat   or a drill bit , some thing small !! Think it  would get more member involved in the site  and post more projects , it don,t matter how big or small your project is , they are all important and you should  be proud of every thing you build !!! Dose any one think this is a good IDEA ???  JIM !!
