Kreg Owners' Community

I was just wondering if anyone was having the same issues that I am.  I have tried over and over to order accessories like screws and clamps on kregtool.com.  Customer service cant order what i need.  They are limited in what they can order for us.  KregJig.com cant order anything for us other than the jig itself.  I have to say I am more than a little pissed off.  I have called all the #'s that they have gien me and they all seem ignorant as to what I need to do.   PLEASE,  some one help me.  I have lots of furniture ideas, and I cant even build them because I cant get the stuff I need.   I tried kregtool.com but the site will not let me finish the order.  GETTING READY TO THROW SOMETHING!!!!!!!!

Maybe this is late, but I just looked at Sommerfeldtools.com and their self tapping are on sale now, $6.90 to $9.90 for 500.

try rockler.com or see if they have an outlet near where you live. if the outlet dosent have it they will get it. i have had very good experiences with rockler, give them a try

Lowes, True Value or google the type of screws that you might need. I prefer not to order from Kreg at times, because of the shipping fees. I would rather wait when True Value gets them in.
I had the same problem yesterday.  Wanted to order the right angle clamp and some wooden plugs but never could get the computer to take my credit card.  Tried again this morning and every thiung worked fine.
I definitely understand your problem.  I ordered two of the clamps, one 6 inch and the other a right angle clamp.  When I received my order, I had the 6 inch clamp and a 3 inch clamp.  Makes me angry to receive something I did not order.
I've found best price for myself is off Amazon.com...... Order over $25 & free shipping
Why don't you try Amazon.com they carry lots of Kreg Screws #
I compared the three sites..Amazon, Hardwaresales & sommerfeld on 1 1/4"c. I always use Amazon so I was surprised to see that sommerfeld had the best price with the sale. At regular prices, Amazon was less. They didn't have the longer screws at sommerfeld...Amazon had best price there. And with the screws on sale at sommerfeld I'm stocking up for the winter. First time on this site and you guys are already saving me money...Thanks!
I have found Kreg products can be purchased at Lowe's...Walmart...and local hardware stores...
I've gotten the clamps on Amazon.com. Also Home Depot and Lowes sells the wood covers, screws etc.....

I also have had a difficult time as noted above.  I went to Lowes in the next city, explained what i needed that they did not have.  Bam!! within the next couple weeks it was there.

But I thank you all for your advice on other places because thats going to help many here.

Davmo

I usualy find mine at the local Lowes hardware store(in the tool section)
