I'm looking for plans, especially the cutout pieces on a 4' x 8' sheet of plywood for wall cabinets that are deeper than the standard 12". Anyone in the community adapted Kreg plans for 12" to a deeper cabinet?

Thanks, Henry

My first Kreg project. Our kitchen is small and has no pantry, so we needed someplace to store food. It made sense to use the space between the refrigerator and wall. It's a 7" space, so I used 1x6" pine lumber. I used a Kreg 320 jig, not just for the frame but for mounting the shelves. i reinforced the shelves with screwed and glued wood supports. It's pretty basic. It is open-backed. I used 2" lath for the retaining cross straps, and mounted four wheels on the bottom, one at each…

It's pretty basic. It is open-backed. I used 2" lath for the retaining cross straps, and mounted four wheels on the bottom, one at each corner. I attached a drawer pull for pulling it out of the recess. I screwed a 1.5"x1.5"x7" block to the floor to prevent it being pulled out too far and falling over. Guess I should have taken more pics, but you get the idea.
Ulimate K4tag:kregjig.ning.com,2019-02-18:2900167:Topic:9808232019-02-18T20:33:14.533ZIain Portalupihttps://kregjig.ning.com/profile/IainPortalupi

I really like my K4 pocket hole jig but I had a big cabinet project coming up so I wanted a way to clamp the boards to it faster than the toggle clamp alowed. I had seen some other people make pocket hole jigs with pneumatic cylinders in place of the toggle clamps so I desided to do the same. I made a video of it incase other’s wanted to do the same: https://youtu.be/RXkhPJuvgZI

All I can say is that this jig was good before but it is unbelievable now. The only thing that could possibly beat this thing in speed is the Foreman.
60 inch Round Tabletag:kregjig.ning.com,2019-01-26:2900167:Topic:9795092019-01-26T14:04:47.929ZMarty Rosenbloomhttps://kregjig.ning.com/profile/MartyRosenbloom

Hello my Kreg friends,

I have been off this forum for some time now, but I am back.

I have build a few children's 30" table and chairs - which I am very happy with the results.

But now I want to build a 60" round dining table - using the Kreg system for the top.

Instead of finding 1 1/2 inch wood, I thought I would use 1 inch (3/4") hardwood material for the top of the table and then construct another 58 inch round top to attach just below it for a nice look.…

Any thoughts about this idea?

Will the Kreg system be good long-term using this procedure?

I look forward to your responses.

Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

I am going to try and new project. Never made cabinets before. Researched and You-tubed like crazy. So many opinions. Mine are going to be:

1 each= 30"W x 14"D x 38"H

2 each =29"W x 14"D x 38"H

1 floor to ceiling cabinet 18"W x 24"D and the height to be determined.

Would love some input on wood choice for the carcass only. I have the doors already sorted out.

1x6 into a 4x4?tag:kregjig.ning.com,2018-09-24:2900167:Topic:9699732018-09-24T16:54:14.112ZDave Nhttps://kregjig.ning.com/profile/DaveN

Perhaps this question has already been asked somewhere on this forum but I wasnt able to find it after an hour or so of searching. Is there a recommended length of Kreg screw to use when combining a 1x6 into a 4x4 post. I have seen a few conversion charts and what not on the page but nothing goes up to a 4x4 post.

Has anyone built their own storage station for their Kreg jigs? If so, would you care to share the plans?

I want to make some kitchen drawers out of 1/2” pre finished plywood. Sometimes called Apple Ply. The problem is that when Iscres theo 1” course screws in it splits out the board it is going into.
I have the collar for the drill set for 1/2” material along with the snap in step up on the KP2000.
Any suggestions?
